Do you want to enhance your professional experience and develop your skills in project management, and leadership, or need some career guidance?
Menno is a mentor in the Mentorship program of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a volunteer in the Kletsmaatjes program for newcomers in the Netherlands who want to practice speaking Dutch.
What can you expect?
Significant life changes, like starting a new job or making a career change, can feel daunting and lonely. Everything is new. You’re surrounded by strangers. And there are endless unspoken rules that everyone else knows.
As a mentor, I help you navigate these with ease, guiding you to your next destination.
PMI Mentorship
Through this program - as a Mentor - I provide opportunities for junior project managers (Mentees) to learn from senior project management professionals in a five-month engagement program. Participation is voluntary.

Kletsmaatjes
Kletsmaatjes brengt nieuwkomers, zoals vluchtelingen en arbeidsmigranten, in contact met Nederlanders. Wekelijks oefen ik met een nieuwkomer online de Nederlandse taal en leren we van elkaar.
